MARIA VOURNA (Founding Partner) holds a postgraduate degree in Company Tax Law from the University of Tuebingen and a Master’s Degree from the Athens Economic University.
She specializes in Financial Management and Company Tax Law.
She has been the legal advisor of a group of companies providing consultancy and audit services for over a decade and is currently legal consultant for the Tourism Development Company (formerly Hellenic Tourist Properties).
She has extensive experience in matters relating to company establishment and management, on all forms and all kinds of conversions, mergers, divisions, lending and other corporate operational aspects as well as issues of administrative law, public procurement, and development of real estate.
