IRENE GRAMMATOPOULOU (Founding Partner) holds a Master’s degree (DEA) in European Law from the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg.
She specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatisations.
She is currently the Director of Legal Services for the FORTHNET group of companies, she has been the Director of the Legal Services Departments of the Tourism Development Company (formerly Hellenic Tourist Properties SA) and Tirana Bank in Albania (a subsidiary of Piraeus Bank), as well as partner in major law firms of Athens.
She has extensive experience in matters relating to the establishment and management of companies, in all forms and all kinds of conversions, mergers, divisions, lending and other operational aspects of company development, in public procurements, legal audits, European Law issues and arbitration.
