EVANGELOS SPYRIDAKIS (Partner) has been a partner for six years of a major Athens law firm specializing in privatizations, mergers & acquisitions. Before joining our Firm, he was in private practice for five years and has developed a wide network of private clients, acting -among others- as legal advisor to companies in the private sector.
He specializes in commercial law, real estate, banking and capital markets law and has contributed articles in The European Legal 500.
He has participated in major seminars in Greece (indicatively: “Tax Audits – Business – Development”, organized by the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce) and abroad (indicatively: “Strategic Directions for International Practice”, organized by the International Legal Training in 2002 in New York).
